What are your return policies?
Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise unless you were shipped the wrong item or the item has verifiable manufacturer defects.  If you are dissatisfied with any product, please feel free to return it to us....but you will be charged the 15% restock fee.  Unfortunately we cannot reimburse our customers for the return shipping costs.  Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card.  All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in original condition.  All returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.  We recommend that you return all items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.  We cannot be responsible if you order the wrong item or wrong size.  There will be a 15% restock fee on all exchanges in this mannor.

Is your sterling flatware new?
EVERYTHING we sell is brand new, first quality merchandise.  We are an AUTHORIZED SELLER for all the manufacturers we represent.  Anything you purchase from us will be BRAND NEW and exactly like you would find in any department store.

What is the difference between a Place Set, Dinner Set and Continental Set?
The Dinner Set is ½ inch longer than the Place Set in the fork and knife ONLY - and the Continental Set is even longer than the Dinner Set.  In the United States, one will traditionally see more Place Set and Dinner Set sizes.

These measurements are only an approximation as each pattern size varies slightly....but they are a good representation starting point.

The 4-piece sterling silver flatware place setting consists of a fork, salad fork, teaspoon and knife.  The 5-piece place sterling silver flatware setting consists of the same pieces with an oval soup spoon added.  

How should I care for my sterling silver flatware?
